Pizza Burger in the Thousand Islands
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Total time: 25 minutes
1 can (11 ounces) refrigerated thin pizza crust
12 ounces of lean ground beef
1 cup of pizza sauce
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (9.4 ounces) Thousand Island Express Fresh Bacon
1/3 cup dill pickle slices
Heat the oven to 400 F.
Unroll dough and spread onto 13×9-inch non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes; remove from the oven.
In a small skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, stirring frequently, 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink; drain. Spread the sauce evenly over the cooked dough up to 1/2 inch from the edge. Top with beef and cheese.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Top with lettuce, bacon and salad toppings from the kit and pickle slices. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing from the kit. Cut into 12 3 ” x 3 ” pieces.
Kickin ‘Chicken Tostadas
Preparation time: 30 minutes

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar (16 ounces) salsa verde, any heat level
2 pkg. (10.2 ounces each) Fresh Express Kickin ‘Bacon Ranch Ground Kit
12 tostada shells
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
In a large covered skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken in the salsa verde 20 minutes, turning once, until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.
Remove chicken and reserve 1/2 cup of the salsa verde; shred with two forks. Toss with the reserved salsa verde.
Place salad from the kit in a large bowl; toss with half of the dressing from the kit. Add the toppings from the kit; throw to combine.
Divide the salad evenly among the tostada shells. Top each salad with chicken and avocado; drizzle with remaining dressing.
